Infoyoung India was founded by a group of passionate, forward-thinking young faculty members, counsellors, and entrepreneurs who shared a bold and unified vision: to bridge the ever-widening gap between traditional academic learning and the rapidly evolving expectations of today’s professional and entrepreneurial landscape. Witnessing firsthand how outdated curricula and rigid learning environments often fall short of preparing students for real-world challenges, the founders came together to create a dynamic platform that reimagines education with relevance, adaptability, and innovation at its core.
The founding team is composed of individuals with diverse professional and academic backgrounds, spanning sectors such as manufacturing, services, consulting, administration, and education. Their collective experience includes serving in reputed multinational corporations, fast-growing startups, government bodies, and some of the most prestigious academic institutions in India and abroad. Over the course of their careers, they have played the roles of educators, trainers, researchers, mentors, administrators, and thought leaders. Their deep involvement in both industry and academia gives them a unique perspective on the disconnect between classroom learning and workplace expectations—a gap they are determined to close through Infoyoung India’s mission.
Over the years, the team has successfully conducted impactful corporate training sessions, designed and delivered career-oriented workshops, led mentorship programs for aspiring professionals, and engaged in thought leadership through guest lectures at top management and technical institutions. Many among them have authored academic papers, contributed to policy discussions, and introduced innovative pedagogical methods that make learning more interactive, practical, and learner-centric.
